The design of the plush large apartment is seen responding in every possible way to this beautiful surrounding of the hilly geographies of ‘Deccan platue’; by means of pulling in the nature from two major sides of north and south by means of thoughtfully developed and brilliantly designed terrace areas.
This apartment with five rooms; luxuriously caters to the need of varied generations. With changing life and lifestyles the house encompasses many elements as spa room, large closet spaces, spill over informal areas. This talks about a very fluently spoken design language, of luxury design style by the Architect.

The entrance lobby welcomes the guest to a rich tastefully done space, which maintains the privacy and connect by means of a fabric screen; which is designed by using ancestral “zarisarees” revoking the connect between the generations and thus forming a story/history. The textured feel of the lobby floor fluidly merges with the polished floor area of the apartment. The lobby acts as a central permeable core of the apartment enveloping all the semi-private and private zones of the apartment.

All the private zones catering to the need; like various bedrooms belonging to the owner, son, daughter, parents wrap up along the common area such as the living/dining/family room & spa room. The house has a multiuse home theatre which doubles up into guest room.

The architect has completely soaked his artistic cult in the color of comfort and aristocracy; a best blended combination, to give the client exactly what they wanted.

The coordinated carpets, curtains & the wallpapers bind the entire space together harmoniously.
